Advanced Computer Science - Pognee Kim, a licensed NYS teacher

This class will help you understand how computers work and how to use them in everyday life. You’ll learn basic skills like using a keyboard and mouse, sending emails, using the internet safely, and working with programs like Word or Excel.

You will also learn the basics of how apps and websites are built, and how to give a computer simple instructions (called coding). It’s like learning the “language” of computers, so you can use them better and create your own tools someday.

cooking & Baking -

This class teaches you how to make delicious meals and baked goods from scratch. You’ll learn basic kitchen skills like chopping, measuring, mixing, and using an oven and other kitchen equipment safely.

Makeup & beauty

This class teaches you how to take care of your skin and use makeup to highlight your natural beauty. You’ll learn easy tips for skincare, how to apply makeup step-by-step, and ways to create different looks—whether for everyday or special occasions.

CAFE & More

Learn the art and science behind brewing the perfect cup of coffee! This hands-on class introduces students to foundational barista skills used in cafés around the world. From grinding beans to frothing milk, students will gain practical experience using professional espresso machines and other café equipment.

What You’ll Learn:
- Coffee bean basics: origin, roast levels, and flavor profile
- Proper grinding and dosing techniques
- How to extract a perfect espresso shot
- Milk steaming and texturing for lattes and cappuccinos
- Basic latte art techniques

DANCE & BODY FORM -

Art & Desgin

Advanced class : Yeji Choe

This Art & Design class introduces students to a variety of creative experiences through drawing, painting, sculpture, and hands-on crafting projects. Students will explore artistic fundamentals using materials such as pencils, charcoal, pens, watercolor, acrylic paint, clay, paper, wood, and recycled materials.

Through guided practice, students will learn techniques in shading, color mixing, composition, perspective, sculpting, and design while developing creativity, fine motor skills, and artistic confidence. Projects may include painting, small sculptures, handmade crafts, card making, soap making, and custom T-shirt design using a Cricut machine.

Whether you are a beginner or looking to strengthen your artistic skills, this class provides a supportive and engaging environment to express yourself, create unique projects, and enjoy the process of making art by hand. It’s a fun, relaxing, and creative way to build imagination, confidence, and practical design skills.
